Troma Internship NYC: 2/8-2/9/11
This week at Troma so far as been busy. Most of Tuesday consisted of doing inventory. Troma recently won a lawsuit against a comapny that were holding tons of Troma DVD's and the DVD's were sent here a few days back. From 10AM until 3:30PM, I spent most of the time organizing the DVD's in the storage/stock room. It was also a lot of moving things; for example, boxes, tables, tvs' and other various items. Also later in the day I viewed some film for the Troma Dance Film Festival. It's amazing the kind of things people will film and I don't mean that in the most positive light. Among the enteries was a documentary from Iran about cockfighting. Other unwatchable enteries included "Slasher Hunter", which had nice box art however, that's were the good stuff ends. Another entry was "Year of the Donkey". Bad use of CGI! The by far most mind boggling was "Cheerleader Camp Massacre".
